Sarano Consultancy Services has developed a platform (First Identity) which facilitates the service of getting all Birth Certificate related works done from the comfort of home.  We provide these services based on our knowledge of e-governance services provided by all urban local bodies and state governments in India. We charge our fee in the form of consultancy fees according to the complexity of work done by us to provide you the desired service.

 

We do not operate any govt. authorised centre nor we have any kind of tie-up with any state govt., urban local body or any other govt. agency. We provide only consultancy services and act as an agent for you. 

 

You can avail our service using our website or through calling our mobile number, which are operated by Sarano Consultancy Services.

 

Apart from Birth Certificate we provide Aadhaar, PAN and Passport services for these services also we act as an agent only.

 

2. Use of the website

9. Account termination and changes

Sarano Consultancy Services retains, at its sole discretion, the right to terminate or suspend your account including your ability to access the Website and all services rendered by Sarano Consultancy Services generally. Sarano Consultancy Services shall also have the right to terminate or suspend any promotion program or generally restrict your / User’s ability to order on the Website at any time.

 

Sarano Consultancy Services also reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, in violation of the Sarano Terms of Service, Payments Terms of Service or generally in violation of any Websitelicable law. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and inappropriate. Account of retailers or commercial users for the purpose of resale will be suspended and, at Sarano Consultancy Services’ discretion, terminated.
