How much time does it take to get the Birth Certificate?New Birth Certificate (45 Days), Name Addition (30 Days), Name Correction (30 Days) and Father Or Mother Name Correction (40 Days). For some old records it might take few extra days.

Do we need to visit First Identity’s office to place the order for the Birth Certificate?No. You can place the order over phone by sharing all the required documents over WhatsApp.

Do we need to visit First Identity’s office to get the original Birth Certificate after certificate generation?No, nowadays Birth Certificates are issued only in soft copy having a QR Code in it by Government.

How to share the required documents?You can share all the required documents over WhatsApp or Email.

When do we need to make the payment?You don’t need to pay anything in advance for the service of New Birth Certificate or Name Addition in Existing Birth Certificate. You need to pay the required amount only after the delivery of certificate for these services. For Name Correction and Father or Mother Name Correction you need to pay 50% of total amount in advance.

What is the refund policy of First Identity?If there is any mistake in Birth Certificate made by us or in case, we fail to deliver the Birth Certificate then you can refuse the required payment. If you have done any payment by that time, we will refund 100% of that amount without any question.

What are the payment options?Currently we accept payments through PayTM, Google Pay, Phone Pay, BHIM UPI and Cash On Delivery mode. Soon we will be accepting payments through all types of cards also.
